1 hour Workshop to begin your Spring practice This is a workshop that includes a 60 minute 5 Elements Qi Gong routine to enhance your spring health. The practice focuses on the element of wood, improving wellness through movement for the liver and gallbladder, and utilizes nature wisdom through deer animal frolics and the direction of East in order to find balance within the season. $10 USD This workshop includes 60 minutes of movement flow, breath-work, mindfulness, and a mini info session about Traditional Chinese Medicine and 5 Elements Qi Gong. All are welcome. No prior Qi Gong experience needed.
