In this 6 week course we will learn the fundamental movements, breathing techniques, and short mediations that will introduce the practice, science, and philosophy of Qi Gong practice. Classes will include appropriate Qi Gong flow movement series for balancing states of energy for autumn, regulating body our lungs and large intestines, drawing power from the element of metal, and being inspired by the movements of the tiger, while also offering short educational discussions about philosophy and origin of practices for the season.
